Small Group Personal Training
Small group personal training is more than just an economic alternative to one-on-one training. Working out in the same room with others pushes you to a new effort level. We have established groups that you can join or we can help you organize a group of your friends.
Small group personal training sessions are 55 minutes in length. Custom-designed workouts are built in with different levels of fitness in mind. The participants do not have to be at exactly the same fitness levels to benefit from group training. You will receive accountability, motivation, support, experience and expert guidance to reach your fitness goals in this small group environment of 4-8 clients to 1 coach.

We are thrilled to have Desirae has one of our newest YCRC trainers. At 20 years old, she loves pushing herself, and YOU, out of the comfort zone. Her favorite exercise is Olympic lifts! If you are looking to revamp your workout routine, she's your gal!
Irene has been a trainer for over 12 years and has an Associate Degree in Health and Fitness and holds a personal training certification through the American College of Sports and Medicine. She specializes in training seniors and post physical therapy clients. She also trains members of any ages and fitness levels on machines, free weights and TRX Suspension Training, Pilates mat and reformer. She is also in charge of RAMP which is a program for women whose goals are to lose weight.
We are thrilled to have Lilly is one of our newest YCRC trainers. At 20 years old, Lilly loves volleyball, weight lifting and hiking. She is currently studying kinesiology.
Rigo works with all ranges of clients from younger to older, as well as clients with injuries or disabilities. His main objective is to help them feel good about their bodies. So many individuals are insecure, so it’s hard for them to get started working out, but he enjoys giving them the extra boost they need to get started anyway, and reach their goals—whether that is to lose weight, increase muscle tone or just get healthy.
