One-on-One Personal Training

It doesn’t matter if you are a beginner, working through an injury, getting ready for a special event, or just trying to reach the next level of fitness. We have the best personal training in the Yuba-Sutter area!

Personal Training at YCRC is guaranteed to help you meet your specific needs, wants, and goals. In addition to your customize workouts, our trainers will provide the motivate you need to keep you coming back for more! It will be one of the best investments you will make for your physical health and wellness.

Small Group Personal Training

Small group personal training is more than just an economic alternative to one-on-one training. Working out in the same room with others pushes you to a new effort level. We have established groups that you can join or we can help you organize a group of your friends.
Small group personal training sessions are 55 minutes in length. Custom-designed workouts are built in with different levels of fitness in mind.  The participants do not have to be at exactly the same fitness levels to benefit from group training. You will receive accountability, motivation, support, experience and expert guidance to reach your fitness goals in this small group environment of 4-8 clients to 1 coach.

Irene is our Fitness Manager and has been a personal trainer and fitness instructor for over 15 years. She has an associate degree in health and Fitness and holds an ACSM certification for personal training and AFAA certification for Group exercise. Irene has done many hours of continuing education, including Longevity Training for Seniors, Exercises for Chronic Disabilities and Diseases, so she is able to help individuals with special needs. Irene also trains people of any ages and fitness levels on machines, free weights, Pilates mat and reformer. Irene holds several certifications such as TRX Suspension Training, G.E.A.R Indoor Cycle, Yoga, Les Mills Body Pump, Les Mills Body Balance, Les Mills Core & Les Mills RPM. Irene has some education on the use of foam rollers, trigger point equipment and power plate helping her clients reduce their muscle soreness, tightness and on improving their flexibility. Irene has a true passion for improving their client health by adhering professional guidelines to their benefit. Her goal is to show her clients how to utilize their surrounding environment to their benefit and get a great workout wherever they are.

Leti has been a certified NASM Personal Trainer for 20 years. She specializes in Midlife Fitness for Women and Longevity Training for Seniors. In addition, her specialties are TRX Suspension Training, strength training with free weights, machines, the power plate, Pilates reformer, Pilates chair and Pilates mat.  Leti has a passion for health and fitness and offers her unique style of training to ensure personal success to all through commitment, education and laughter.



Oksana was born and raised in Ukraine. then moved to the US in 2008. She has always been interested in sports (dancing, gymnastics, acrobatics, lifting, mountain climbing). She also has completed multiple SPARTAN obstacle races and is a SPARTAN Obstacle Specialist. Oksana is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a NASM Flexibility Specialist, a Kettlebell and TRX suspension training specialist and a Flexibility Coach. Based on decades of training she has developed her own teaching approach, and is known for her full dedication and solid discipline in Personal Training, combined with constant motivation and inspiration for her clients and members of our club.

D’Arcy has 20 years of experience as a personal trainer specializing in injury care and weight management. She currently holds a Personal Training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She has an Associate Degree in Science and a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. She specializes in rehabilitation of debilitated adults and post hydrotherapy. D’Arcy is a Swim Instructor and specializes in teaching adults and competitive swimmers.

Vanessa is an ACSM certified personal trainer who graduated from California State University, Monterey Bay with a bachelors degree in Kinesiology. She has been weightlifting for over six years. Within those six years, she has developed a love for helping others reach their fullest potential in and out of the gym. Although, Vanessa as a niche for weightlifting, her intelligence expands in great lengths within all aspects of living a healthy lifestyle. She works with her clients intentionally as well as personalizing the workouts to her clients needs and goals.
