Senior in Motion
Seniors in Motion is a fusion of cardio and strength that includes light weights, resistance bands, chair, small balls and dance steps to improve flexibility, poise, balance, coordination, rhythm and memory all done to the beat of music utilizing Pilates, yoga, Barre Above, dance, weight lifting and lots of fun!
Classes held in our indoor pool or outdoor pool (weather permitting)
Jump into the Latin-inspired, easy to follow, calorie-burning, dance fitness party that makes working out a splash.
Jump right into our aqua classes and build cardiovascular fitness and strength. Just like swimming, our water aerobics classes are easy on your joints, yet challenging enough to help you reach new levels of fitness. Because of their low-impact format, water aerobics classes are suitable for every age and fitness level, from beginning exercisers through elite athletes.
Deep Water Aerobics
(Deep water is only held in the summer months - June through August.)
Held in outdoor pool using a flotation belt. (belt is provided) NO IMPACT! Water specific aerobic exercise to motivating tunes. Walk, jog, kick, jump, rock and scissor your way through a great workout. Great for beginners. These classes are held in the outdoor pool during the summer months.
Master Swim - held at Rancho Cortez
Don't let the name fool you, Masters Swim is for everyone - whether you're training for a triathalon or just want a good swim workout. Our only requirement is that you can swim down and back in the lap pool without stopping. Our highly trained coaches will guide you and help you perfect your stroke technique.
For an additional fee, swim lessons are offered year round in our indoor, heated pool for preschool, youth and adults. Offering private, semi-private and group instruction.
