InBody 30-Day Fitness Challenge – Session 3

Formerly "Biggest Loser Challenge", where our participants have lost over 3300 pounds so far!

Dates:    March 9 to April 2 (4 weeks)


  • FREE for New Members who join in February (1 year commitment required)

  • Existing Members:  $99, OR FREE for Existing Members who refer a new member who joins the Club in February

NEW! Includes TWO InBody Electronic Fitness Assessments (beginning and end), an $89 value each. Program also includes 8 boot camps, 1 hour personal training session, 2 educational seminars, accountability pass for friend, and a YCRC logo shirt

Ages:       18 or older (14-17 ok with parent participation)



  • YCRC Challenge Winner (most body fat % lost) wins $250

  • Jet Setter (most points) wins $100

  • Fan Favorite (applause meter at finale party) wins $50

  • Pounds Lost (male) $50

  • Pounds Lost (female) $50
