Michele Valrey
Certified Massage Therapist

Michelle is a graduate of Healing Arts Institute in Roseville, CA, where she earned her massage certification which included Swedish, Deep Tissue and Trigger Point Therapy.  She is also certified in Sports Massage which is geared to help an athlete prepare or recover from an event to workout.

Michelle has been working in the Spa Industry as a Massage Therapist since she graduated and incorporates some of the techniques in her work.

Michelle looks forward to continuing her education as a Massage Therapist and gain more knowledge in wellness. She will apply her knowledge of Massage to your needs as a client at the Yuba City Racquet & Health Club.

She is available Monday - Friday; Days and Evening times may vary

Brittany Banducci
Certified Massage Therapist

After graduating from Weimar College, in CA, Brittany has developed a strong focus on effectively educating and training each client to obtain optimal health, both physically and mentally. Further expanding her knowledge, she is continuing her education in becoming a personal fitness trainer, pilates and bodyflow instructor...as well as other massage therapy fields of study.

Janeen Clark
Certified Massage Therapist

Janeen is a graduate from Healing Arts School of Massage, where she learned a wide Varity of modalities to apply to her massage  technique.  Janeen is not a new face here at YCRC, in the past she has worked at the front desk
and in the fitness department. She is our part-time and on-call therapist. Janeen continues to expand her education and knowledge as a massage therapist.

Rates

Swedish Massage
The most traditional form of massage. It is gentle firm strokes and muscle kneading designed to relax the body, smooth out the muscles and untie the knots.
1/2 Hour…$40   1 Hour…$55   1-1/2 Hour…$75

Deep Tissue Massage
A massage that uses anatomically oriented, corrective or therapeutic, deep techniques for the deeper layers of muscles. Deep tissue massage concentrates on freeing the body’s connective tissue through intense physical manipulation.
1 Hour…$75   1-1/2 Hour…$105

De-Stress Massage
A massage concentrating on the tension-retaining areas. Choose neck, shoulders and back or gluteals, legs and feet.
1/2 Hour…$40

Aromatherapy
The therapeutic use of essential oils extracted from herbs and flowers. The oils may be massaged into the face and body addressing specific emotions, organs and skin problems.
$5 with massage


Check in 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Actual service time may be shortened for late arrivals.

Cancellation Policy

To ensure the highest level of service, we do ask that all cancellations be made by 8pm the evening before your scheduled appointment or you will be charged for the session.
